Yoga gives your body a wonderful boost and compliments the days skiing

Both cross country skiing and alpine skiing enables the body’s major muscle groups. It is quite normal to feel a bit stiff. Then Yoga together or in conjunction with skiing is a good combination. Yinyoga or Yangyoga give the body and soul a wonderfully peaceful and at the same time stimulating feeling of well-being. Come and yoga with Anna Happy during the Christmas and New Year weekends. Yoga Classes for skiers​

Choose between yin or yang yoga.

Yoga classes for crosscountry skiers are held week 7-10 in Glötegården in the village of Glöte, about 12 km east of Lofsdalen.

  • Tuesday Yang Yoga. Time: 09:30-11:00.
  • Thursday Yin Yoga. Time: 17:00-18:30.
The necessary equipment will be available in the form of yoga mats, blankets, etc. It works well to come and yoga in your ski underwear, before or after the day’s skiing.
